THE 115 SCHILLER STANDARD · GUEST & NEIGHBOR CARE
A good stay. A good neighbor.
Make yourself comfortable. Care for the apartment, look out for one another, and help keep Guttenberg the kind of place everyone is happy to return to.
Be considerate of nearby homes and keep noise at a neighbor-friendly level.
Tell your host promptly when something needs attention so it can be put right.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Simple expectations. Thoughtful hospitality.
These are general guest guidelines. Your final, property-specific reservation terms, including any house rules presented before payment, take precedence. Ask your host about anything unclear before booking.
Keep the peace.
Be mindful of noise, especially in the evening and early morning. Please avoid disruptive gatherings or unapproved events and respect neighboring residences and shared outdoor areas.
Know your group.
Hayden’s Hideout and The Good Life each accommodate up to four registered guests. The combined-property option has a maximum of twelve, subject to verified reservation configuration and confirmed sleeping arrangements. An approved reservation is not permission for a public event.
Help keep the air fresh.
No smoking inside the apartments. Hayden’s Hideout does not permit pets under its current listing; acceptance at The Good Life has not been confirmed. Ask before arriving with an animal. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Arrive with confidence.
Use the private entrance and the access instructions sent securely with your confirmed reservation. Do not publish or share door codes with people outside your registered party. Final check-in and checkout times are provided in your booking confirmation.
Keep exits clear.
Do not disable smoke or carbon monoxide alarms, obstruct exits or misuse fire-safety equipment. If anyone is in immediate danger, leave the area and call 911. For non-emergency concerns, contact the host or use the guest report form.
Leave it in good hands.
Use the furnishings and kitchen considerately, dispose of trash as instructed, and report accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly. We want guests to feel comfortable asking for help—not surprised by unannounced charges.
