THE 115 SCHILLER STANDARD · GUEST SAFETY

Feel at home.
Know where to turn.

A safe stay begins with clear information. Your emergency contacts, on-property precautions and support options in one calm, easy-to-find place.

ON-PROPERTY PRECAUTIONS

The essentials are here.

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers are present at 115 Schiller. These provisions have been confirmed for this project. This does not represent a fire-marshal inspection, recent operational test, or certification. Guests should review unit-specific placement and evacuation routes on arrival.

Smoke alarms

Smoke alarms are installed at the property. Familiarize yourself with exits when you arrive.

Carbon monoxide alarms

Carbon monoxide alarms are installed. If an alarm activates, leave the building and call 911 from outside.

Fire extinguishers

Fire extinguishers are provided. Ask the host about their exact placement upon arrival; never delay evacuation to use one.

Arrival safety check
  • Locate the entry door, possible alternative exits and the outdoor assembly location; confirm the actual route with the host.
  • Locate the smoke/CO alarms and fire extinguishers. Never remove batteries or disable an alarm.
  • For immediate danger, evacuate first and call 911; only address small fires if trained, an exit remains clear, and it is safe to do so.
  • Contact the host promptly if equipment is missing, obstructed, damaged or not working.

Safety guidance: U.S. Fire Administration, Hotel and Vacation Rental Fire Safety. Property-specific locations and inspection dates should be confirmed by the operator.

AFTER ANY IMMEDIATE DANGER IS RESOLVED

Something happened? Document it.

If a guest encounters damage, an unsafe condition, an injury or a property concern, a simple incident record can help the host respond and preserve essential facts. The report can be printed or saved as a PDF locally; this preview does not send or store information on 115 Schiller servers.

An incident report is not an insurance claim, emergency dispatch, or a determination of fault. For insured claims, contact the insurance provider listed on your policy.

TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY

Extra protection, if you choose.

Travel protection is separate from the property’s booking cancellation policy. A future checkout option can provide licensed travel-insurance quotes and complete policy disclosures. No travel-insurance product is currently offered or sold through this website.

What guests will see when an approved provider is connected
  • An optional, unselected choice to review a real provider quote and full terms.
  • Coverage, exclusions, price and cancellation rights disclosed by the authorized provider before purchase.
  • Policy documents, insurer contact and a direct claims pathway available in My Stays.

For reference, Iowa Code Chapter 515K regulates the sale and distribution of travel insurance. Read Chapter 515K.
